Brown Collegiate Scholars Program (BCSP) tutoring is designed to provide academic support to enrolled Providence Public School District high school students throughout the school year. This aligns with the Brown Collegiate Scholar Program's broader goals of helping students prepare for college and academic success.
Tutoring works on a drop-in basis at the BCSP space, where BCSP students can bring their coursework along with prepared questions and concerns. Tutors will provide support and guidance based on the student's immediate academic needs. BCSP students can access tutor schedules and content areas on the BCSP portal. Tutors document each session at the conclusion, and data is updated in Salesforce. Tutors can access resources on the BCSP Tutor Google Classroom, and shifts are assigned via the BCSP Google Calendar.
BCSP is located at 225 Dyer St., Providence, 02903.
